Hello, My Name is Kyle Michaelis and I am A REcent Graduate of Bowling Green State University.

I have a bachelor's degree in Science of Technology from the College of Technology, Architecture, and Applied Engineering studying VCT (Visual Communication Technology). In addition, a Marketing Minor at the Allen W. and Carol M. Schmidthorst College of Business. I made the Dean’s List 6 times out of 8 semesters and graduated Cum Laude (3.55 GPA).

I was previously employed at BG Falcon Media as a web content editor reviewing web articles for format and grammar before they were published on the news site. In addition, at BG Falcon Media I was a photographer/videographer covering various ranges of events happening on campus and in the city of Bowling Green from student organizations to sporting events.

In my free time, I was very involved with BGSU RallyCap Sports for three years as a Multimedia Chairperson. RallyCap Sports is a nonprofit organization that works with special needs kids playing sports. I took photos at our sporting events and holiday parties, edited the photos to a final revision, and posted them to the BGSU RallyCap Sports Facebook page.

I'm passionate about social media and graphic design in web development, human interaction (UX/UI) for the web and apps, and photography/videography. I exhibit a creative and problem solver mentality and am eager to continuously learn in any environment.
